The UCSF Siteimprove Accessibility Kick-off Meeting is a 1-hour informational session to introduce you to this tool called Siteimprove. Learn more about what Siteimprove's accessibility module can do for you and your websites. Get an introduction to various modules available such as QA, SEO and Analytics with an emphasis on the Accessibility module and the training academy.

Audience: Anyone who posts material on UCSF websites or buys software and web apps or electronic devices. Managers of websites editors and site admins that oversee a team of content editors or those in purchasing roles are encouraged to attend.

The UCSF Site Builder Training - Drupal Introduction and Quick Start Lab Session is a 2-hour introduction to the UCSF Drupal (version 7) Template intended for those creating a new site with an empty Site Builder template that contains no existing content. Learn to use the site wizard, get an introduction to adding images, Starting Points, creating pages, managing the navigation menu, Blocks (Page Layout), and the People starting point.

  1. General questions: For general questions on how to use Site Builder, please visit our FAQs, or post your question to the Drupal group on Teams.
  2. Consulting services: If you need help to create or improve your site, please consider our consulting services. Please submit an inquiry via our contact form (requires MyAccess login)  to start the conversation and assess your needs.
  3. Website help: Please submit an IT ticket for feature requests or support. Click on "Report something that just isn't working right"; then select "UCSF Drupal Hosted Website" for type of help. Remember to include your website URL. These tickets are routed directly to the Web Services group in IT.
  4. Siteimprove Training Academy: Your initial login to Siteimprove gives you immediate access to the Siteimprove Training Academy. Please see the UCSF Siteimprove Accessibility Kick-off Meeting video on this page for how to provision your Siteimprove account. At the 40:07 timestamp is a demo of a provisioned user immediately accessing the courses in the Help Center's Academy.
