For general questions on how to use Site Builder, please visit our Drupal information section on IT.ucsf.edu (login required).

If you'd like to attend a training after you've received your Site Builder template, check out Drupal 10 Site Builder CMS Training, which includes everything you need to know to update your website or create a new Drupal 10 Site Builder website.

If you need specific support for your site, submit an IT ticket and click on "Get IT Help."  At the bottom of the form under Type of Help, select “UCSF Drupal Hosted Website”. Remember to include the URL to your website and attach a screenshot if applicable. These tickets are routed directly to the Web Services group in IT.
