Drupal 9 has reached end-of-life and all Drupal 9 websites that are Acquia hosted should be in the process of getting prepared for Drupal 10.

Starting fiscal year 2017-18 there will be a $50/month charge for websites with a custom theme of the no longer supported Starter Kit 1.0 websites. Site Builder sites will still be hosted free of charge for the foreseeable future.
